I am a salon owner, full time hairstylist, part time lifestyle blogger, Instagram influencer and healthy-living enthusiast.

I am from CT, but my heart is with the south as I was born in Georgia. May end up leaving the four seasons in Connecticut someday soon to enjoy year round sunshine! Because I indeed am a ball of sunshine. (And you are too, spread the light babe!) Wait, before you go… I have a cat named Izzy, she is sassy. I have two dogs, Rhea and Bear. I am 24 years old and have owned my own business for 6 years! Going to a technical highschool kick started that journey for me.
I was a competitive artistic gymnast for 10 years and now I do some pretty cool things for fitness like pole dancing, aerial hoop (lyra) and trampoline gymnastics!
I absolutely LOVE sushi. I could eat it every day for the rest of my life.

Meet the Fam
Get ready for the biggest cliche ever. Ready? My family is everything to me and the best humans I have ever met in my entire life. Let me introduce you to them. I am going to be short and sweet, just like my Dad. Dad, don’t kill me for calling you short on the internet!
Loves with all he has (I love you too, Dad), works his ass off in his career (attorney/owns his law firm), obsessed with golf (classic dad move), enjoys working out (more like a gym bod than a dad bod), and has a big interest for anything wine related (I wonder where I get it from). Our family’s love for each other has everything to do with the way my Dad treats each of us. He has shown us what it’s like to put others first.
Forever trying to nail the perfect joke (don’t worry Mom, I’ll keep laughing until you get there), everything she does is for my sister and I (forever grateful to have such a devoted mom), takes on another personality when she’s in the sun (we call her alter ego, Florida Beth who is a bit more easy going), and she loves her job as an accountant (but would possibly freak out if you took her calculator away).
She is my absolute best friend (we both are hippie dippy and witchy), an empath through and through (she cries at nearly every Facebook video happy or sad), a massage therapist with multiple specialties and certifications (her hands are magic and you are lucky if you get to experience it), classic over-reactor (but, her mellow AF other half seems to hold down the fort for the both of them), a fur mom to the cutest little nutjobs (they act like her and she deserves it).
Our family dog (has the nickname of Kujo because she only likes us), loves french fries (almost as much as me), has a fluffy white coat (looks like a mini polar bear), has a wild obsession of running clockwise in my parent’s backyard until she tweaks an ankle (similar to your common gym-head’s obsession with the grind), will snap at you if you touch her when she doesn't want to be touched (she’s earned that right because she doesn't speak english).
